TRDMA Minutes January 13, 2009 Minutes

Called to order at 7:33pm

Financial Report By Becky Cummings

Committee Reports:

            Sponsorship:

                        Cold Spot donated to Hamburger Run

                        Mailed new packets and updated web sponsors

            Race and Trail:

                        Hamburger Update

                        Frosty Dog – times on race rules needed updating

                                              Will begin at Pleasant Valley Store at 5pm, registration 2pm

            Youth Program:

                        Becky Alexander motioned to put the program on hold for the remainder

                        of this season until there is an interest from the community. Second Todd

                        Mackinaw.

            Benevolent Fund: nothing to report

Old Business:

            Solstice: good job by all, went very well

            Tent: Purchase a fireproof fly with a hole cut in it for the wall tent at Alaska Tent and tarp

            Computer is working great for club

            By-Laws – Ronnie Rosenberg is reviewing the changes

            TRDMA Sponsorship updated to include wording regarding club membership

            MUSH with pride dues will paid asap

New Business:

            PayPal – Becky Cummings will update transfers

            President – Heather Rogers stepped down as club president. Susan Allmeroth is

            stepping in as President. Vice President appointed by board until end of season is to be Becky Alexander.

            Snowmachine – running fine. Can be taken in if needs repair to Jack at the

                                Borough, Reed’s, Compeau’s as motioned by Becky Alexander

                                And seconded by Becky Cummings

            Drawing for the Raffle prizes go to:

                               Jill Schreiber – sled

                               Wendy Dominique – doll

                               Mannie Rego – blanket
